We recommend one ARMM Transfer device per individual needing assistance with transfers. DO YOU HAVE A PRODUCT INSTRUCTION MANUAL FOR THE ARMM?
Our product manual and instruction videos are available on our website. Users must log in for access. Every device shipped is shipped with a product manual in English, French & Spanish.

CAN THE ARMM BE USED OUTDOORS?
The ARMM Transfer is designed for use on flat indoor terrain. Although it can be used outdoors, we recommend extreme caution ensuring the walking path is free of debris and is considered a flat service. If you do use outdoors, please inspect the device very carefully before usage.

The ARMM Transfer was developed to provide a safer, more comfortable transfer solution for individuals with mobility challenges. Inspired by the need for independence and improved quality of life, our founder, while working as a registered Kinesiologist, designed the ARMM Transfer to make daily transfers easier and more secure.
DOES THE ARMM REQUIRE ASSEMBLY?
The ARMM Transfer does require some assembly when you receive the device. The device is fully assembled but you will need to set up the wheelchair connectors. After the initial installation, it will be easy to connect & remove the ARMM Transfer & wheelchair connectors. We highly recommend a healthcare professional or family member install the device for you.

The Wheelchair Connector is designed to attach manual wheelchairs securely to the ARMM Transfer or ARMM Ambulate devices, enabling safe and stable mobility or transfer assistance.

Yes, both the ARMM Ambulate & ARMM Transfer come with a limited 2-year product warranty. The warranty is automatically initiated on the date of delivery. Please refer to our warranty policy for details.
CAN I RETURN THE ARMM IF I'M NOT SATISFIED?
Yes, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a refund.
ARE THERE ANY FINANCING OPTIONS AVAILABLE FOR THE ARMM DEVICE?
We do not offer financing options for the ARMM Ambulate or ARMM Transfer at this time.

The ARMM Ambulate & ARMM Transfer will be shipped in a standard cardboard box and comes assembled. We use multiple carriers for shipment including (Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, USPS, other private carriers).

We are working to have the inclusion of the ARMM Device in government reimbursement assistance programs in both Canada and the USA.
